CODie ISMAN provides a complete office management function. Addresses, appointments and documents are administered here. It supports you to administer the sometimes complicated structure of files and documents.

With the help of this powerful module you will always have fast access to any important data of your choice. You can manage your addresses and appointments and therefore will support you to keep the amount of papers as low as possible aboard the vessel. All addresses and data are accessible by all users unless you prohibit these rights to some of them. This way all important contact data regarding the vessel are always available without any problem or delay. With the help of the advanced search and filter functions you can group the data at your own choice. Data of any kind of format can also be attached to your documents.

This way you do not need to exit CODie ISMAN and open another application in case you need to access addresses, contact information or any other important documents.

Besides administering your documents CODie ISMAN also provides a user administration section. This module is taking care of the security.

Here you administer the login data of the users and also the user rights. You are able to set the user rights in such a detailed manner, that for example some users do not even have the right to change the margins of a document for printing. So every user may have a detailed set of user rights if wanted or needed.
