To have an overview of all maintenance jobs, simply switch to the schedule table. Here the jobs are shown in a listed way that enables you to easily see which jobs have to be done, which are done and which are overdue.

All jobs in the schedule overview table (done or not executed) are visualized as hyperlinks via an icon (circled exclamation mark or green tag). A simple click on the icon and the user will receive detailed information of the specific maintenance job. At the bottom of the table you have a summary of all jobs.

The user is also able to select the time period (in order to have an overlook) for overviewing the jobs. For example how many jobs are due in the current week or in the next four weeks.

The screenshot below shows a period of one week. The current week is underlined. Thus all jobs which are on the left side of this week and not marked by a “x” in column “C” are overdue and jobs positioned right from this week are due in respective time.
