Exchanging data between vessel and office

You can produce monthly reports very easily as seen in the screenshot. The amount of how many reports are sent within a certain period of time can of course be set by the shipping line.

These reports can be transmitted back via data attachments (e.g. email) to the company headquarters (or with any other procedure aboard the vessel). This way the shipping line’s office has the exact same data of the vessel at their disposal.
Now the office is able to know all about the vital and important data of their vessels without having to constantly contacting them.

Computers on board of a vessel usually undergo quite a lot of environmental and also physical stress. Therefore the software also provides an easy-to-use module to restore and backup all data.
