A protocol exists for each document. It contains all steps a document goes through. So one can see who created the text and when, who commented it and finally also shows which person released the document. This protocol will be kept so that even for newer release numbers one can always see the history of the document from the very first start. The different level of development a text goes through until it is deployed is called action within the software. Since these actions are important they are set with user rights which are identical with the CODie ISMAN user rights.
